I genuinely love what I do. There’s nothing better than great music, hard work and a room full of people choosing to push themselves together.
I started teaching Spin in 2009 and then went into HIIT, Circuits, Dryland, Full Core classes, Running Groups, Bootcamp, Step Aerobics, Pound which is a cardio drumming class AND MORE! I got certified as a weight trainer in 2012 and spent 6 years doing one on one weight training sessions. I am always interested in learning about new equip

Bootcamp is a great workout for any and ALL fitness levels. All my classes are designed to be done at your own pace. No racing, no pressure. Make it harder or easier but either way you will get a GREAT workout. I enjoy making up new classes every week and always maximizing our hour together! All you have to do is show up!

Walk + Runs
This class is designed for beginner to intermediate runners. We start in the Spring and go till the late Fall (or snow on the ground). Each week the route gets a little bit tougher but always doable! We chat as we go, perfect way to start your weekend!

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
