Hi, I’m Mackenzie and I grew up in Salmon Arm BC. I started working at our local gym when I was 15 and quickly realized I love the positive energy exercising gives people. So, I got certified to teach group fitness! I started teaching 6AM spin classes while in high school and once I graduated I branched out into all types of classes! Now 15 years later I still love teaching but not as much as I love my two little girls at home!

Bootcamp is a great workout for any and ALL fitness levels. All my classes are designed to be done at your own pace. No racing, no pressure. Make it harder or easier but either way you will get a GREAT workout. I enjoy making up new classes every week and always maximizing our hour together! All you have to do is show up!

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate runners. We start in the Spring and go till the late Fall (or snow on the ground). Each week the route gets a little bit tougher but always doable! We chat as we go, perfect way to start your weekend!
